With significant litigation experience at both the trial and appellate levels, Mr. Halloran routinely appears on behalf of clients in both state and federal courts, as well as commercial arbitration tribunals.
He regularly defends employers in administrative proceedings before the Mine Safety and Health Administration, the EEOC, the Alaska State Commission for Human Rights, the Alaska Department of Labor, and other federal, state and local agencies.
Mr. Halloran regularly counsels employers in a variety of industries on employment related matters, including compliance with federal, state, and local statutes and regulations.
He assists clients with compliance audits and with the drafting of personnel policies.
Mr. Halloran also provides training to employees and managers, and speaks on employment law matters to trade groups and human resources professionals.
His clients span a broad range of business interests in every sector of Alaska's economy, such as mining, oil and gas, hospitality and tourism, native corporations, retail, public sector, transportation, healthcare, communications, shipping and construction.
He received his JD from Northeastern University, an MA from San Jose State University and a BA from San Jose State University.
