Ms. Rhoads is an experienced trial attorney and litigator in both state and federal courts.
She regularly assists clients responding to claims filed with government agencies such as the EEOC, DOL and WHRC.
Additionally, Ms. Rhoads provides businesses with practical advice and training to prevent claims and increase compliance.
She also conducts both privileged and discoverable workplace investigations.
Ms. Rhoads has chaired and presented at a number of training seminars for lawyers and human resources professionals on a wide variety of employment law topics such as the intersection of psychology and law in workplace disputes, ADA compliance, Indian law, workplace privacy and retaliation claims.
She received her JD from the University of California at Berkeley, Boalt Hall School, in 1995, where she served as the editor of the Berkeley Women's Law Journal.
Ms. Rhoads also holds an MA in Psychology from the American School of Professional Psychology, 2009.
