Sheryl D. Eisenberg, is special counsel at Littler Mendelson's Boston office, where she regularly counsels employers across a broad range of industries, with a primary focus on academic and health care institutions.
Ms. Eisenberg has successfully represented clients at all stages of litigation in state and federal judicial proceedings, and regularly appears on behalf of clients at the EEOC, US DOL, NLRB and the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination.
She has extensive experience in a wide array of labor and employment matters, including state and federal wage and hour law, employment discrimination litigation, HR policy development, leaves of absence, labor relations, arbitration and mediation, union organizing campaigns, employee handbooks, layoffs, reductions in force and plant closings.
Ms. Eisenberg was named a Massachusetts Super Lawyer (top 5% per lawyers) in the area of labor and employment in Boston Magazine.
She received her JD from Suffolk University of Law.
