Silas F. Mayberry is an attorney with Seaton, Peters & Revnew, PA.
Mr. Mayberry's practice focuses on a wide range of employment related matters including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, wage and hour law, COBRA, OSHA, FMLA, ADA, employment contracts, unemployment compensation and employment compliance matters.
He received his law degree from William Mitchell College of Law and a BBA with a double major in Management and Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
Prior to joining Seaton, Peters & Revnew, Mr. Mayberry worked for multiple large corporations in their human resource and employment law departments as well as owning his own law firm that focused on employment law and family law.
He is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association and is licensed to practice before the state and federal courts of Minnesota.
