Sofija Anderson is a shareholder in the Milwaukee office of Littler Mendelson, PC, the largest US-based law firm exclusively devoted to representing management in every aspect of labor and employment law.
Ms. Anderson represents employers in litigation of labor and employment-related disputes in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies, as well as in the arbitral forum.
Experienced in both single plaintiff matters and class actions, Ms. Anderson litigates claims arising under federal and state law, such as the ADA Amendments Act, FMLA, California Family Rights Act, and the Wisconsin FMLA.
Aside from litigation, Ms. Anderson assists employers of all sizes with customizing and implementing state-of-the-art employment policies and procedures.
She also offers compliance counseling and advises employers on a variety of employment and labor-related issues, ranging from employee onboarding, performance management/discipline, accommodation and plant closures. She also offers training seminars on a variety of topics.
Ms. Anderson received her BA and JD from Marquette University in 1999 and 2002, respectively. She is admitted to practice in both California and Wisconsin.
