Susan K. Fitzke is a shareholder in the Minneapolis office of Littler Mendelson, PC, the largest US-based law firm exclusively devoted to representing management in every aspect of labor and employment law.
Ms. Fitzke has significant experience litigating a broad range of employment disputes.
She routinely defends against employment claims asserted in state and federal courts, as well as before the EEOC and other state and local human rights agencies across the country.
Ms. Fitzke has specific experience litigating claims arising under Title VII, the ADA, ADEA, FMLA, state and federal whistleblower statutes, and various state law contract and tort theories.
Additionally, she conducts training programs on issues of workplace harassment and managing problem employees.
Ms. Fitzke's clients range from national and regional retailers and restaurants to companies in technology design and manufacturing, along with other service providers.
She received her JD, cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1999, and her BA, with honors, from Michigan State University in 1995.
She is admitted to practice in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
