Mr. Rothman has expertise in all aspects of HR, having been consulting since 2006.
Prior to that he spent more than 30 years in senior HR leadership roles with a broad range of large and small private and public companies (such as Macy's and Xerox).
Mr. Rothman has been an invited speaker and publisher on such topics as mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, employee engagement and the use of strategic HR assessments.
He has also held several leadership positions with the Human Resource Management Association of Chicago among several professional affiliations.
Mr. Rothman received his BA in Psychology and MA in Organizational Psychology from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA.
