William R. Dabney, of counsel at Holland & Hart, advises clients on matters including employment litigation, discrimination under federal and state law, various workplace torts, and contract issues covering employee handbooks, non-compete agreements, and trade secrets.
Mr. Dabney has particular experience defending FLSA class action litigation and wide experience in the worker compensation area, including judicial appeals.
He advises numerous employers on FLSA, FMLA, and ADA compliance issues, employee termination, layoff, discipline and leave issues, and a variety of other policy matters.
