When to Use this Policy
Certain activities, such as providing gifts, contributions, entertainment, travel or payments may violate anti-bribery laws around the world. Any employee can be guilty of violating a bribery policy. The act can be considered bribery whether the recipient is a government official, third-party business partner, joint-venture partners or any employee regardless of position level.
