Applicability: California employers with 50 or more employees and all public agencies must post information regarding Family and Medical Leave and Pregnancy Disability Leave (PDL) in a joint notice.
Distribution Specifications: An employer that publishes an employee handbook that describes other kinds of personal or disability leaves available to its employees must include a description of CFRA leave in the handbook.
