Entity Mandating Poster: City of St. Paul Department of Human Rights and Equal Economic Opportunity.

Applicability: All employers that:

  • Maintain a physically permanent location in St. Paul; and
  • Employ one or more individuals that work at least 80 hours or more in a reporting year in the City of St. Paul.

Where to Post: Effective July 1, 2017, this notice must be posted in a conspicuous manner, in a place accessible to employees, where employees can easily read it.
