When to Use This Form

The Disclaimer Form should be used in conjunction with the employee handbook to signify that the employee handbook does not constitute a binding contract and does not affect the employee's status as an at-will employee or the employer's status as an at-will employer. It also lets employees know that the employee handbook is subject to change and amendment by the employer at any time.
