Hawaii Required Notice to Dislocated Workers/Plant Closings Poster

Entity Mandating Poster: Department of Labor and Industrial Relations, Workforce Development Division.

Applicability: A Hawaii employer is covered by the Dislocated Workers Act if: (i) it has at least 50 persons employed in the state at any time during the12 months preceding the event, and (ii) is a party to a sale, transfer, merger, business takeover, bankruptcy or business transaction, which will result in the relocation outside the state or the shutting down of all or a portion of operations.

Where to Post: This notice must be posted in a conspicuous manner, in a place accessible to employees.
