Nevada Pregnant Workers' Fairness Act Poster

Entity Mandating Poster: Nevada Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation, Equal Rights Commission.

Applicability: Every employer with 15 or more employees covered by Nevada's equal employment opportunity laws.

Distribution Specifications: An employer must provide written or electronic notice to employees of the right to be free from discriminatory or unfair employment (i) at the time of hire and (ii) within 10 days after an employee notifies her immediate supervisor that she is pregnant. In addition, an employer must post the notice in the workplace.
