When to Use
The below letter may be used to notify an employee of the opportunity to dispute a wage overpayment. This letter is generally used if the employee has not responded within 30 days to the employer's initial notice informing the employee of the overpayment and requesting the employee's authorization for the employer to recoup the overpaid amount by immediate pay deduction.
