Oregon Sick Time Notification Poster
Entity Mandating Poster: Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries.
Applicability: All employers with one or more employees working in Oregon, including state or municipal public employers.
Distribution Specifications: Covered employers must provide written notice of the law's requirements. The employer may comply with the notification requirements by:
- Distributing the written notice to each employee personally, by regular mail or email, or by including it with a paycheck;
- Incorporating the written notice into a handbook or manual made available to employees, whether in a print or electronic format; or
- Posting the written notice in a conspicuous and accessible location in each workplace of the employer.
Where to Post: This notice must be posted in a conspicuous manner, in a place accessible to employees, in each workplace of the employer.
