Entity Mandating Poster: Seattle Office for Civil Rights.
Applicability: Employers with at least one employee working in Seattle are covered by the notice provisions of the Fair Chance Employment Poster.
Where to Post: Effective April 1, 2016, this notice must be posted in a conspicuous and accessible place in any location where employees work.
Distribution Specifications: If display of the poster is not feasible, such as when an employee works remotely or does not have a regular workplace, an employer may provide the poster on an individual basis in the employee's primary language in a physical or electronic format that is reasonably conspicuous and accessible.
Obtaining This Poster: An employer may download this poster directly from the city's website. The poster should be displayed in its English version and in any language that is the primary language of employees at a particular workplace.
