Entity Mandating Poster: Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)

Applicability: All employers covered by the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSH Act). However, employers with 10 or fewer employees and business establishments in certain industry classifications are partially exempt from keeping OSHA injury and illness records.

Where to Post: A copy of this annual summary must be posted in each establishment in a conspicuous place or places where employee notices are normally posted. Employers must ensure that this form is not altered, defaced or covered by other material.

Distribution Specifications: This form must be posted from February 1 through April 30 of the year following the year covered by the form, even if the numbers total zero.
