When to Use
The Total Rewards Summary Form should be used to help an employer communicate the financial value of the Total Rewards initiatives it provides its employees - primarily compensation, benefits, training and development and various perquisites in support of work-life balance. These represent a significant investment of time, effort and dollars by HR and senior management, but are often not well-understood by the workforce. A Total Rewards Summary helps an employer receive "credit" from its employees for its total rewards investment and helps enhance employee commitment and engagement.
