Ben Eubanks is an author, researcher and speaker living in Huntsville, Alabama. He runs Lighthouse Research & Advisory as the Principal Analyst and is the author of Artificial Intelligence for HR, a book focused on making work more human through the use of technology. Ben also hosts We're Only Human, a podcast focusing on the intersection of people and technology at work and how to get the best results from both. He is the founder of HR Summer School and upstartHR, a community that has served more than a million business leaders since its inception.
