Bethany McCurdy is a labor and employment attorney who represents employers in discrimination lawsuits as well as in wage and hour claims involving overtime and misclassification. She defends clients in litigation in state and federal court and before local, state and federal administrative agencies.
Ms. McCurdy provides advice and counsel to public and private sector clients on matters including discrimination, family and medical leave, employee handbooks and policies, the ADA and wages and hours. She further provides training for both management and employees on FMLA, and disability accommodation. Ms. McCurdy also helps employers develop and implement compliant business strategies and solutions and best practices.
