Jerilyn Jacobs

Jerilyn Jacobs represents employers in employment and labor-related matters including claims of discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, employment-related torts and violations of collective bargaining agreements. She has litigated cases under employment laws such as Title VII, the ADA, the ADEA, the FMLA, the FLSA and state law equivalents. She has also defended employers before the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and in federal and state courts.

Ms. Jacobs advises clients with regard to hiring practices, discipline, accommodation issues and compliance with federal and state employment laws and has developed training programs and prepared and revised employee handbooks.
