Joseph Paranac is an employment attorney with over 30 years of practice experience. He represents clients in litigation before a variety of administrative agencies including the EEOC, NLRB, OFCCP, OSHA and DOL. He also represents employers in labor contract negotiations, unfair labor practice hearings, grievance arbitrations and representation proceedings.
Mr. Paranac has extensive experience handling different types of cases including discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful discharge, whistleblower and employment tort cases.
