Luminita Dima heads Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen's Employment Practice Group.

One of the most reputed labor law professionals in the Romanian market, with more than 15 years of experience in employment and social security law, Luminita has extensive expertise in a range of employment and labor-related matters, including the negotiation, conclusion and enforcement of collective labor agreements, the drafting of internal rules and policies, the initiation of legal proceedings with respect to the termination of labor agreements, the implementation of reorganization operations/collective dismissals and due diligence on labor relations.

With a PhD in employment and labor law, Luminita is also professor of labor law, social security and European labor law at the University of Bucharest law school. She is a member of the International Society of Labor and Social Security Law, author of numerous articles and publications, books and national reports, and a legal expert in various projects for the European Commission.
