Philippe Schmit

Philippe Schmit is a partner in the employment law, pensions and benefits practice of Arendt & Madernach, where he specializes in employment and social security matters, especially in the financial sector. His practice also focuses on the employment law aspects of corporate restructuring and on employee representation matters.

He has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2006 and is a member of the Employment Law Alliance.

Philippe holds a Master's degree in law, as well as an Advanced Master's degree in private international law, from the Université Robert Schuman de Strasbourg, France.

He speaks English, French, German and Luxembourgish.
