Steven J. Luckner is an experienced attorney with a practice focused on defending cases involving allegations of wrongful discharge; sexual harassment; age, race, sex, religious and disability discrimination; and whistleblowing. He prosecutes and defends cases involving post-employment restrictions, unfair competition, breaches of fiduciary duty and trade secrets.
