Youliana Naoumova
Youliana Naoumova is a partner at Djingov, Gouginski, Kyutchukov & Velichkov (DGKV) where she co-heads the employment practice.
Youliana has abundant experience in advising and assisting major foreign investors in Bulgaria on various aspects of labor, employment and social security issues, and legal aspects of hiring Bulgarian and foreign employees, including at senior management level. Her role also involves structuring and implementing individual and collective dismissals, employee transfer schemes and personnel leasing arrangements, as well as employment litigation. She has acted as principal employment counsel to companies in various industries, including manufacturing, media, trade and services.
Youliana also has substantial experience in the corporate and mergers and acquisitions field. She has been involved in a large number of transactions including comprehensive due diligence investigations of employment relations and related issues, and provision of advice on the labor aspects of post-acquisition organisational restructuring.
