XpertHR is currently gathering responses for its Salary Budget Survey 2021. In this survey XpertHR dives into 2021 salary budget planning, covering essential aspects of this process including pressures on next year's salary budgets, percentage change of salary budgets from 2020 to 2021, and in what month next year's salary budgets will come into effect. Additionally, this survey will cover performance metrics for annual salary adjustments, bonus systems, and changes to bonuses in 2021. The survey closes on October 30.
