Coronavirus (COVID-19): Preparing Managers to Lead With Agility in the Post-Pandemic Workplace

The COVID-19 pandemic provided a real-time lesson in just how critical agility is in the current business environment. Some organizations and leaders were already operating in an agile way and were therefore better prepared than others to adapt in the face of a sudden crisis. Others had to learn how to be agile on the fly, in reactive mode - though they may not have used the term "agile" to describe what they were doing. As attention turns to preparing for the post-pandemic workplace, it is apparent that agility will be an important key to success going forward.
