Employee Benefits: Employment Law Manual Sections Renamed and Reorganized
To better reflect the terminology used most often by HR, XpertHR has split the Employment Law Manual section formerly named Legally Required Benefits into two sections:
- Social Security and Medicare (a federal section); and
- Unemployment Insurance (federal and state sections).
