Local Resources Even Easier to Find

Our new "State and Local" tab and a dedicated "Local Coverage" box on our state landing pages have made XpertHR's comprehensive local coverage even more accessible.

XpertHR covers hundreds of laws, ordinances and other developments (which are changing at an unprecedented pace) in over 200 jurisdictions, including more than 100 localities. In 2018, XpertHR added and updated over 1,550 state and local-specific resources.

State and Local Tab

The tab "State and Local" has been renamed to reflect the ease with which to navigate by jurisdiction, including by county, city or other municipality.

A Dedicated "Local Coverage" Box on State Pages

States with county or municipal coverage have a "Local Coverage" box on the top right of the state landing page, linking to coverage of employer compliance obligations in counties, boroughs, parishes or towns.
