Author: Melissa Gonzalez Boyce, XpertHR Legal Editor

Effective May 10, 2016, the Utah Antidiscrimination Act requires an employer with 15 or more employees within Utah to provide reasonable accommodations for pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding and related conditions, unless the employer can demonstrate an undue hardship.
