Accommodation for Victims of Domestic, Sexual or Gender Violence Handbook Statement: Illinois

The Company will provide reasonable accommodations for qualified employees or applicants for employment who are the victim of domestic, sexual or gender violence (including sexual assault and stalking) or who are the family or household member (i.e., spouse, civil union partner, parent, son, daughter, other person related by blood or by present or prior marriage, other person who shares a relationship through a son or daughter or a person jointly residing in the same household with the employee) of such a victim, unless providing the accommodation will impose an undue hardship on the Company's business operations.
