Adoption Leave Handbook Statement: Minnesota

Employees who are adoptive parents will be permitted to take up to four weeks [or insert amount of parental leave biological parents receive, if less than four weeks] of leave for the adoption of a child. Leave may begin before or at the time the child is placed in the home.
