COVID-19 Supplemental Paid Sick Leave Handbook Statement: California
Employees working in California may be entitled to COVID-19 supplemental paid sick leave (CSPSL) in accordance with California Labor Code section 248.6 (effective February 19, 2022) in the event that they are unable to work or telework for certain COVID-related reasons. This policy is effective for CSPSL taken on or after January 1, 2022 and will remain in effect through September 30, 2022.
