COVID-19 Leave Handbook Statement: District of Columbia

The Company grants leave from work in accordance with the District of Columbia Family and Medical Leave Act (DC FMLA), as well as any applicable federal, state or local law. In addition, we will provide leave in accordance with temporary amendments to the DC FMLA, which were enacted as part of the COVID Vaccination Leave Temporary Amendment Act of 2021 and took effect November 18, 2021.
