Pregnancy Accommodation Handbook Statement: Delaware

Employees and applicants for employment, with needs related to pregnancy, childbirth or related conditions (including lactation), may request a reasonable accommodation to enable them to perform their job. A reasonable accommodation may include, but is not limited to, the following: (1) providing suitable equipment for sitting; (2) more frequent or longer breaks or periodic rest periods; (3) periodic rest; (4) assistance with manual labor; (5) job restructuring; (6) light duty assignments; (7) modified work schedules; (8) temporary transfers to less strenuous or hazardous work; (9) time off to recover from childbirth; or (10) break time and appropriate facilities for expressing breast milk.

The Company will provide a reasonable accommodation for needs related to pregnancy, childbirth or a related medical condition so long as the requested accommodation does not impose an undue hardship on the company's business operations.

The Company will not deny employment opportunities or take adverse employment action against otherwise qualified applicants or employees based on the need to make such reasonable accommodations
