Discussion of Wages Handbook Statement: Washington

No employee is prohibited from inquiring about, disclosing, comparing or otherwise discussing his or her wages or the wages of another employee or from asking the Company to provide a reason for the employee's wages and/or lack of opportunity for advancement. The Company also will not retaliate against any employee because he or she aids or encourages another employee to exercise his or her rights to discuss or disclose wage information.
