Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault or Stalking Victim Leave Handbook Statement: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Employees working in Philadelphia who are victims of domestic violence, sexual assault or stalking, or who have a family or household member who is a victim of domestic violence, sexual assault or stalking, may take up to [insert for employers with 1-49 employees: four or insert for employers with 50 or more employees: eight] weeks of unpaid leave in any 12-month period. Employees may, but are not required to, use any available paid leave such as annual vacation leave, paid-time off (PTO), personal leave and sick leave for purposes of leave under this policy.
