Domestic Violence Victim Leave and Accommodations Handbook Statement: Nevada

Employees who are victims of domestic violence, or employees whose family or household members have been a victim of domestic violence, may take up to 160 hours of [insert paid or unpaid] leave within 12 months immediately following the date on which the domestic violence occurred. Leave may be taken consecutively or intermittently.
