Emergency Paid Sick Leave in Response to COVID-19 Handbook Statement: Federal
The Company provides eligible employees with emergency paid sick leave (EPSL) in accordance with the federal Emergency Paid Sick Leave Act (EPSLA). The federal government enacted the EPSLA in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. This policy is effective April 1, 2020, and will remain in effect until December 31, 2020, unless the federal government extends the effective date of the EPSLA.
