Military Leave Handbook Statement: Nebraska

Regular full or part-time employees who are members of the uniformed services performing duty in active service of the state of Nebraska or who are employed in Nebraska and are members of the National Guard of another state and called into active service by a Governor of that state are entitled to many of the same rights, benefits and obligations as are set forth in the federal Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA) and described more fully in the Military Leave policy set forth in the National Handbook.

The rights and obligations provided under USERRA and extended to
