Employees and applicants for employment may request a reasonable accommodation for pregnancy-related conditions, including, but not limited to, lactation. For purposes of this policy, a "pregnancy-related condition" is a medical condition related to pregnancy or childbirth that inhibits the exercise of a normal bodily function or is demonstrable by medically accepted clinical or laboratory diagnostic techniques, but does not prevent the employee from performing her job functions in a reasonable manner, with or without a reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may include, but are not limited to: providing an accessible worksite; acquiring or modifying equipment; job restructuring and modifying work schedules.
