Pregnancy and Lactation Accommodation Handbook Statement: South Carolina

Employees and applicants for employment may request a reasonable accommodation for medical needs arising from pregnancy, childbirth or related medical conditions (including, but not limited to, lactation). The Company will provide a reasonable accommodation unless doing so would impose an undue hardship on the Company's business operations. The Company will also provide accommodations for employees desiring to express breast milk for their infant child in accordance with the Lactation Accommodation policy set forth in the National Employee Handbook.
