Sick and Safe Leave Handbook Statement [1-4 Employees and Net Income of $1,000,000 or Less]: New York

The Company provides eligible employees with unpaid sick and safe leave in accordance with the requirements of New York's Sick and Safe Leave Law (NYSSLL).

Eligibility

New York employees are eligible to accrue unpaid sick and safe leave.

Accrual and Use of Sick and Safe Leave

Eligible employees begin to accrue unpaid sick and safe leave on their date of hire. Sick and safe leave accrues at a rate of one hour for every 30 hours worked, up to a maximum accrual of 40 hours in a single [insert calendar year or another regular, consecutive 12-month period of time such as tax year, fiscal year, year running from employee's anniversary date of employment].

Upon oral or written request, eligible employees can use sick and safe leave as it accrues.
