The Company provides eligible employees with sick, safe and parental leave in accordance with the requirements of the Montgomery County Earned Sick and Safe Leave Law (ESSLL). The company also complies with the Maryland Healthy Working Families Act (MHWFA) and will comply with all applicable requirements of the MHWFA that are more favorable to employees.
Employees who regularly work more than eight hours per week are generally eligible to accrue sick, safe and parental leave for hours worked in Montgomery County (the County). Eligible employees do not include those who:
