Supplemental Paid Sick Leave for Food Sector Workers in Response to COVID-19 Handbook Statement: California
The Company provides eligible food sector workers with COVID-19 supplemental paid sick leave (COVID-19 PSL) in accordance with California Governor Gavin Newsom's Executive Order N-51-20 (the EO). The EO became effective on April 16, 2020, and will remain in effect for the duration of any statewide stay-at-home orders issued by the California Public Health Officer.
