Time Off on Veterans Day Handbook Statement: Tennessee
The Company will allow employees who are qualified veterans to take the entirety of Veterans Day (November 11) off, as long as the employee gives at least one month's written notice of the intent to take time off on Veterans Day and provides proof of their veteran status (e.g., a DD FORM 214 or other comparable certificate of discharge from the armed forces).
