Nonexempt employees working more than five consecutive hours in a shift will be allowed a meal break of at least 30 minutes. The meal break must be taken between the second and the fifth hour of work. An additional meal break will be provided for each additional five hours of work and will be given within five hours from the end of the first meal break.
