  • Employees who work and reside in Minnesota may have additional rights to those under federal COBRA for continued health coverage. See Covered Employers; Qualified Beneficiaries; Coverage; Disability Provisions.
  • Insurers issuing group health insurance policies and HMOs in Minnesota must provide continuation benefits upon the occurrence of certain events that result in a covered person's loss of coverage. See Covered Employers.
